That is a great idea. We have the Kathleen doll and the book, but we haven't gotten them out of the box yet. I was waiting until my daughter got a little older. We always do educational things for holidays. It is so interesting to learn about each holiday and where its origins are. The only time we use Guiness Stout is for cooking...makes a great corned beef for St. Patrick's Day.
